Health, air for free, lasagne

A day late, again! Oh well. Here’s what made my week:

1.Finally, after over three months, I feel like my old self this week. The recurrent daily queasiness is gone, I fancy food again, and I feel the healthiest I have for a long time.

2. Filling my lung with country air at Dunham Massey and not spending anything in the process.

3. Cooking a massive lasagne to portion up and freeze for future lunches and dinners and then eating two large slices of it for dinner last night! We had intended to have rump steak but were too lazy and tempted by lasagne in front of the tv. There are still five large segments in the freezer though. We use this oven pan (a wedding gift) to prepare giant sized portions. It just about fits in our oven.
